  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1/2 cup oleo
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 2 or 2 small pkg instant vanilla pudding
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 (8 oz) container cool whip
  • 9 350 20 pecans,coconut,oleo and sugar into a glass 9 x13 inch dish. Combine and brown in 350 degree oven, stirring often. (approximately 20 minutes) Cool.
  • Refrigerate.
  • Better if made the day before.
