Directions: Boil water & salt for Spaghetti noodles, once it starts boiling, add noodles

  • Ingredients
  • 1 lb. Ground meat (I like turkey)
  • 1 16 oz. box uncooked spaghetti noodles
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 Cup Milk
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 ounces sliced pepperoni (I like Turkey)
  • 1 (26 ounce) jar pasta sauce
  • 1 16 oz. can diced Italian style tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 (8 ounce) package shredded Italian cheese blend
  • Any other pizza toppings, you can add like Black olives, sausage, onions, green peppers, etc...

  • 2 2 1 1 1/2 chuck roast, trimmed and cut into 1 - 1 1/2 inch cubes
  • 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 1 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 1 1 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
  • 2 2 2 teaspoons kosher salt, divided
  • 2 2 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 2 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 1 1 shallot, diced
  • 3 3 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 32 32 32 ounces (4 cups) beef stock
  • 1 1 1 cup entwine Cabernet Sauvignon
  • 2 2 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1 1 tablespoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 4 4 1/2") cups chopped red potatoes, bite size pieces (about 1/2")
  • 3 3 3 cups chopped baby carrots, bite size pieces
  • to parsley to garish, optional
