Loaded Broccoli Cheese and Potato Soup

Instructions 1.In a large pot combine chicken broth, carrots potatoes and onion powder
- Ingredients
- 2 - 14.5 oz. cans chicken broth
- 2-3 large carrots, peeled and diced
- 4 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed into small pieces
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 2 small heads broccoli (washed and diced small)
- 3 TB butter
- 1/3 cup flour
- 3 1/2 cups milk
- 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic pepper
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
Crab Dip

Heat soup undiluted, and mix in the cream cheese
- 1 Can cream of mushroom soup
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 (4oz) envelope unflovored gelatin, softened in 1/4 cup water
- 1 bunch finely chopped green onion
- 1 lb crabmeat (or 3lbs cooked shrimp coarsely chopped)
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- Tabasco sauce or creole seasoning to taste

- 6 strips of quality bacon
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups shredded Monterrey Jack cheese
- 1 box (16 ounces) dried spiral pasta
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Cracker Barrel's Hashbrowns Casserole

Directions: 1 - Preheat oven to 350°F and spray an 11 x 14 baking dish with cooking spray

- 2 lbs frozen hash browns
- 1/2 cup margarine or 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 (10 1/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1/2 cup onion, peeled and chopped
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper

- 1 (7oz) jar marshmallow cream

- In another bowl melt 1/2 pkg choc almond bark and 1/2 pkg choc chips.
