HAMBURGER MUSHROOM BAKE

Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C)
- 1 lb lean ground beef (0.45 kg)
- 1 tsp salt (5 mL)
- 1/2 tsp black pepper (2 mL)
- 6 oz cream cheese (180 g)
- 3 eggs
- 1 lb mushrooms (0.45 kg)
- 2 tbsp butter (30 mL)
- 1 tsp seasoning salt (5 mL)
- 1 tsp dried parsley (5 mL)
- 1/4 tsp black pepper (1 mL)
- Grated cheese (optional)
Oven Baked Tacos!

- Brown your ground beef and drain completely - then add refried beans, taco seasoning and about half a can of tomato sauce. Mix together and scoop into taco shells, (stand them up in a casserole dish).
- Sprinkle the cheese on top and bake at 375 for 10 minutes!!!!!!
Chicken & Noodles Crock Pot

In crockpot put chicken on bottom
- 2 cancream of chicken soup
- 2 canchicken broth (15oz each)
- 1 stickbutter or margerine
- 1 lbchicken breasts (fresh or frozen)
- 1 packagesfrozen egg noodles (24 oz) I used Reames.
No Bake Oreo Bars

To make the crust: Combine all the ingredients and add to a food processor
- Crust:
- Makes 16
- 24 Oreos (or any other chocolate sandwich cookie)
- 4 Tbsp butter, soft or melted
- Filling:
- 250 g (roughly 8 oz) White chocolate, chopped
- 150 g (roughly 6 oz) Cream cheese, at room temperature
- 12 Oreos, Roughly chopped
- Topping (optional):
- 6 Oreos, roughly chopped
- 100 g (roughly 4 oz) Dark chocolate, melted

- 1 cup corn syrup
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 6 cups cheerios
- 1 (12oz) choc chips
Cotton Candy Salad

Mix Together and chill!
- Ingredients:
- 1 can ..........sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups crushed pineapple, drained well
- 1 can strawberry pie filling
- 1 can cherry pie filling
- 12 oz. tub cool whip
- 3/4 cup pecans, chopped
- Fold all ingredients together. Chill and serve.
Amish Chicken Casserole

What To Do: Cook noodles according to package directions; drain and set aside
- 8 ounces medium egg noodles
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups chopped cooked rotisserie chicken
- 8 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Chocolate Chip Cookie Peanut Butter S’mores Bars

1.Preheat oven to 350° 2
- 2 (16 oz) packages of pre-made cookie dough
- 16 oz Milk Chocolate Candy Bars (I used a little more than 3 XL Hershey Bars)
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs (about 4 full crackers)
- 7 oz jar of Marshmallow fluff (1 1/2 cups)

- 5 qts popped corn
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup margarine
- 1 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- pinch of cream of tarter
BBQ Chicken Ranch Layer Salad

1.Whisk the BBQ sauce and ranch dressing together in a bowl and set aside
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 heads Romaine lettuce, washed and cut into 6" pieces
- 3 cups chicken, cooked and cubed
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 red pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup pitted black olives, chopped
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
