Jules Blueberry Muffins

1. Preheat oven to 350F. 2
- 1/2 cup softened butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 mashed bananas
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 1/2 cups Jules flour
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 3 tbsp flax meal(optional)
- 1 1/2 cup blueberries
Chicken Shawarma Satay with Sumac and Tahini Drizzle

Preheat grill pan or outdoor grill to medium-high to high heat
- 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into strips or 12 chicken tenders
- 12 to 16 6-inch bamboo or wooden skewers, soaked in water
- 1 tablespoon coriander (a palmful)
- 1 tablespoon cumin (a palmful)
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom (a palmful)
- 1 tablespoon chili powder (a palmful)
- 1 teaspoon smoked sweet paprika
- Salt and pepper
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1/4 cup EVOO - Extra Virgin Olive Oil, plus some for drizzling
- 2 large cloves garlic, peeled
- 3 tablespoons store-bought sesame tahini paste, thinned with a little water and lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon sumac, for sprinkling
- 1/2 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds, for sprinkling
Jalapeño Popper Sliders

Cut tops off the jalapeños and, using an apple corer or fork handle, scoop out seeds and slice
- 3 fat, fresh jalapeño peppers
- 1 Fresno red chili pepper, sliced
- EVOO – Extra Virgin Olive Oil or vegetable oil, for drizzling
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons grated onion
- 1 large clove garlic, grated or pasted
- Salt and pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- A small handful cilantro leaves, finely chopped
- 2 pounds coarse ground beef sirloin (leaner) or chuck (fattier)
- 1 2x2" rectangular brick sharp or smoked yellow cheddar cheese, sliced
- 12 slider rolls, such as 3-inch brioche rolls or Pepperidge Farm slider hamburger rolls, split
Tuscan Chicken Pasta

In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook spaghetti or angel hair according to package directions until al dente
- 12 oz. spaghetti or angel hair
- 1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts
- kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 6 slices bacon
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 c. diced tomatoes (canned or fresh)
- 3 c. baby spinach
- 1/2 c. heavy cream
- 1/3 c. grated Parmesan
- Basil, for garnish
Pasta with Walnut-Basil Pesto

In a food processor, place the basil, walnuts, garlic, oil, salt, and pepper flakes
- 1 1/4 cups packed fresh basil
- 1/4 cup walnuts
- 1 clove garlic, peeled
- 1 Tbs extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp crushed red-pepper flakes
- 8 oz multigrain angel hair pasta
- 1/4 cup chopped tomato (optional)
- 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Jules Fluffy Pancakes

In a medium bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients and set aside
- 1 1/2 cups Jules Gluten Free™ All-Purpose Flour
- 2 Tbs. dry dairy or or non-dairy milk powder OR almond meal
- 1 Tbs. granulated cane sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons gluten-free baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs (or egg substitute)
- 3 Tbs. canola oil
- 1 1/2 (+/-) cups milk (dairy or non-dairy) or So Delicious Pumpkin Spice Coconut Milk
- high heat oil for the pan
- berries, chocolate chips, chopped nuts, etc., if desired
Bacon, Egg, Avocado and Tomato Salad

Mix all ingredients together, stirring not too much, but just enough to make some of the avocado and egg into mush
- 1 ripe avocado, chopped into chunks
- 2 boiled eggs, chopped into chunks
- 1 medium-sized tomato, chopped into chunks
- Juice from one lemon wedge
- 2-4 cooked pieces of bacon, crumbled (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Spaghetti with Turkey Ragu

- 1 large onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 large carrot
- 1 lb. ground turkey
- kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 c. white wine
- 1 28-ounce can crushed tomatoes
- 2 tbsp. chopped fresh rosemary
- Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
- Grated Parmesan, for garnish
Lime Coconut Chicken

Trim fat from chicken breasts
- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 3 tbsp oil
- zest of 1 lime
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 1/2 tsp ground coriander
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp curry powder
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- pinch cayenne
- 1 small fresh hot chili, such as Thai or Serrano, minced (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- Fresh limes, cut into wedges

- 4 cups chopped cooked chicken breast
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- can of sliced mushrooms

- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 16 oz cooked vermicelli
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
