- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup butterscotch chips
- 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons granola without raisins

- 2 medium apples
- 1 cup old fashioned oats (not instant)
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon

In a large saucepan, cook the beef, onions and garlic until meat is no longer pink; drain
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 cans (10 ounces each) diced tomatoes and green chilies, undrained
- 1 can (28 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 2 cans (4 ounces each) chopped green chilies
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 pounds process cheese (Velveeta)

In a large bowl, combine cake mix, applesauce, water, oil, eggs, cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice
- 1 package (18-1/4 ounces) yellow cake mix
- 1 cup applesauce

- 1 jar (7 ounces) marshmallow creme
- 1 can (12 ounces) evaporated milk
- 4-1/2 cups sugar
- 2 cups chopped walnuts
Southwest Beef and Rice Skillet
