  • 1 (14 oz) can Eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp groung ginger
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 (9 in) unbaked pie shell or deep dish pie shell

1. preheat oven to 425. With wire whisk, beat pumpkin, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, spices and salt.
2. pour into crust. Bake 15 mins.
3. reduce oven heat to 350. continue baking 35 to 40 mins or intil knife inserted 1 in from crust comes out clean. cool. garnish as desired. refrigerate leftovers.
