- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
Slow Cooker French Onion Soup

Place onions, garlic, and butter into your slow cooker
- 5 Garlic Cloves, Chopped
- 3 Tbsp. Light Butter
- 1/4 C. Red Wine Vinegar
- 6 C. Reduced Sodium Beef Broth
- 1 (11.2 Oz.) Guinness Draught Beer
- 1 Bay Leaf
- 1 Tbsp. Dried Rosemary
- Salt & Pepper To Taste
- 6 Slices French Bread (2" x 2-1/2" x 1-3/4")
- 6 Oz. Irish Cheddar, Sliced (I used Kerrygold, Aged)
Slow Cooker Cola BBQ Chicken

- 4-6 chicken pieces
- 1 lemon, quartered
- 1 onion, quartered
- 1 20 ounce bottle of BBQ sauce
- 1 can of Coca Cola
Stuffed Long Hot Dip

Preheat oven to 350. Fry Prosciutto strips for 30 seconts on each side
- 15-20 Long Hot Peppers, Cut into Rings
- 1/2 Lb Prosciutto
- 5 1/2 Lbs Cream Cheese, Room Temperature
- 2 1/2 Cups Mayonaise
- 2 Cups Sharp Provolone, Shredded
- 3/4 Cups Parmesan, Grated
- 1/4 Cup Romano, Grated
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
30 Minute Shepherd's Pie

Boil potatoes in salted water until tender, about 12 minutes
- 4 servings mashed potatoes - instant or homemade
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil, 1 turn of the pan
- 1 3/4 pounds ground beef or ground lamb
- 1 carrot, peeled and chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 cup beef stock or broth
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire, eyeball it
- 1/2 cup frozen peas, a couple of handfuls
- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves
Roasted Chicken with Balsamic Vinaigrette

Whisk the vinegar, mustard, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper in small bowl to blend
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 (4-pound) whole chicken, cut into pieces (giblets, neck and backbone reserved for another use)
- 1/2 cup low-salt chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley leaves
Turkey Jambalaya

Heat oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 1/2 cups chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon bottled minced garlic
- 1 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 2 1/2 teaspoons paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup uncooked long-grain rice
- 2 cups fat-free, less-sodium chicken broth
- 1 (14.5-ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained
- 2 cups shredded cooked turkey
- 6 ounces andouille sausage, chopped
- 2 tablespoons sliced green onions
Pork Chops with Peach BBQ Sauce

- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
- 2 tsp Chili Powder
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 6 Pork Chops
- 1 Cup BBQ Sauce
- 1 Peach, Peeled & Diced
- 2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinager
- 1 Tbsp Water

- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 package taco seasoning
- 1 cup sour cream
