Pasta Salad with Mayo

Cook and drain pasta. Mix mayo, parsley, cheese, lemon juice, garlic and basil
- 16 oz. Rotelli Pasta
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 3/4 c sour cream/plain yogurt
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbs. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. minced garlic
- garlic and onion salt
- 1/2 t lemon pepper
- 2 T. dried basil, crushed
- 2 2/3 c red kidney beans drained (2 cans of various beans are better)
- 1 c snow pea pods
- 1 1/2 cups carrots cut into 1/2" strips
- 1/2 green onions chopped
- 1 c cuc's sliced into strips
- 1/2 c celery strips
Strawberry Kiwi Tart

1 Heat oven to 400ºF. Mix Bisquick and sugar in medium bowl
- 1 1 to 400ºF. 2 to 400ºF. Mix Bisquick and sugar in medium bowl. Cut in butter, using pastry blender or crisscrossing 2 knives, until mixture looks like coarse cornmeal.

Epicure Asian Sauce(for Salad)

- 3 T red pepper jelly
- 2 T soya sauce
- 2 T vegetable oil
- 2 T rice vinegar
- 1 T asian stir fry seasoning
- 1 T suagr
- 1 T sesame oil
- 1/2 t crushed chiles(opt)
Hearty Mac & Cheese

Cook macaroni according to package directions; set cheese packet aside
- 1 package (7-1/4 ounces) macaroni and cheese dinner mix
- 1 pound ground beef
- 3 tablespoons chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons chopped green pepper
- 1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed tomato soup, undiluted
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 teaspoons prepared mustard
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup frozen corn, thawed
- 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup butter, cubed
- 1/4 cup 2% milk
Cheesy Broccoli Rice Casserole

- 4 cups steamed broccoli
- 8 chicken breasts
- 8 - 10 bacon slices
- 2 cups cheese
- 4 cups cooked brown rice
