  • 3/4 c sour cream/plain yogurt
  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbs. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. minced garlic
  • garlic and onion salt
  • 1/2 t lemon pepper
  • 2 T. dried basil, crushed
  • 2 2/3 c red kidney beans drained (2 cans of various beans are better)
  • 1 c snow pea pods
  • 1 1/2 cups carrots cut into 1/2" strips
  • 1/2 green onions chopped
  • 1 c cuc's sliced into strips
  • 1/2 c celery strips
