Oven Baked German Pancake

Preheat oven to 450F. Grease well a 13x9x2-inch baking dish
- 6 eggs; slightly beaten
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 3 tbsp butter; melted
- 1 pinch salt
- Your choice of toppings: syrup, confectioners or brown sugar, fruit and/or yogurt.

- 1/4 cup Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing
- 1 lb. (450 g) extra-lean ground beef
- 1 jar (700 mL) pasta sauce
- 1 can (19 fl oz/540 mL) stewed tomatoes, undrained
- 330 g spaghetti, uncooked
- 2 Tbsp. Philadelphia Cream Cheese Spread

- 1 c brown sugar
- 1 c water
- 1/2 c whipping cream
- 1 t rum or maple flavour
- 1 T cornstarch

Mini Pumpkin Bundt Cakes

Beat butter till fluffy, add in sugar and eggs one at a time till fluffy
- Citrus Glaze:
- 3/4 c butter, softened
- 1 c brown sugaer
- 1 c white sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 c buttermilk
- 1 c pumpkin
- 1 t vanilla
- 2 c flour(can sub here 3 T less of flour and add 1/4 c cocoa to this flour)
- 2 t baking powder
- 1 t baking soda
- 1 &1/2 t cinnamon
- 1/2 t nutmeg
- 1 &1/4 c icing sugar, 3 T lemon juice, orange food color.
- Vanilla Glaze:
- 1 &1/2 c icing sugar, 3 T water, 1/2 t vanilla
- Sugar Topping:
- Corn syrup brush on top. Dip in colored sprinkles
