1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F 2
- 1-lb ground beef
- 1 medium chopped onion
- 1 glove garlic
- 1 jar of spaghetti sauce
- 1/4 cup water
- 8 oz of cooked spaghetti
- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 8 oz pkg mozzarella sliced
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon sweet basil
- 1/2 cup Parmesan (fresh) cheese grated
Fool proof baked potato soup

- 1 30oz. bag of frozen diced hash browns
- 1 32 oz box of chicken broth
- 1 can of cream of chicken soup (10 oz)
- 1 pkg. cream cheese (8 oz, not fat free)
- 3 oz bacon bits
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Grams' Corn

Cook corn and water in covered pan for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally
- 1 Quart of fresh or home frozen corn
- 3/4 stick of butter
- 3/4 to 1 cup of water
- 1/3 cup of sugar

- 20 jumbo pasta shells uncooked
- 1 container of Ricotta cheese (15 oz)
- 5 oz thawed spinach WELL DRAINED (more or less to taste)
- 2 cups of shredded Italian cheese (any kind is fine)
- 1 cup of half and half divided
- 1/4 FRESH Parmesan or Feta Cheese
- 1 clove of garlic minced or chopped
- 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning (basil, oregano, etc)
- 1/2 cup of shredded Italian cheese for topping
- 1 jar or can of spaghetti sauce (24-26 oz)

This is quick and fast for last minute dessert, we call it Cuppa, Cuppa, Cuppa
- 1 cup self rising flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1 stick butter
- 1 can pie filling, your favorite
Buckhead Backyard Barbeque Sauce

This makes 2 gallons, you can cut it down to make a smaller batch
- Large batch: Small batch in parenthesis
- 1 gallon Ketchup (2 Cups)
- 6 cups of Cider Vinegar (3/4 Cup)
- 1 1/2 cups Worcester Sauce (4 Tablespoons)
- 16 Teaspoons of Salt (2 teaspoons)
- 8 Teaspoons of Tabasco (1 teaspoon)
- 1 1/2 Cup of Mustard (3 Tablespoons)
- 1/2 cup of lemon juice (1 lemon)
- 1 box light brown sugar (5 Tablespoons)
- 8 sticks of butter (1 Stick)
- 16 garlic bulbs chopped (or one tablespoon of Garlic powder) (2 Garlic bulbs)
- crushed red pepper to taste

- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 loaf of thickly sliced bread
- 4 eggs

- 6 Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
