- 1 cup (4 oz) cheddar cheese
- 2 Tbsp water
- 2 8 oz refrigerated crescent rolls
- Garnish: shopping list
- green bell pepper
- salsa
- lettuce
- tomato
- Chopped onion
- pitted ripe olives
- sour cream
Mexican Fudge

This is so good you will get up and slap your mama
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar, 2 cups shredded Monterrey Jack
- 1/2 cup salsa, picante, etc (hot, mild whatever you prefer)
- 3 eggs
Bread Pudding with Whiskey Sauce

Yup, this is my Grandmothers Version Great way to use left over bread that is in your freezer!!!!
- Whiskey Sauce:
- 4 Beaten Eggs (remove 2 yolks and set aside)
- 2 1/4 cups Milk
- 1/2 cup of Sugar
- 1 tablespoon of Vanilla
- 2 Teaspoons of Cinnamon (add more to taste)
- 4 cups of dry bread cubed ( you can use loaf bread, hamburger buns, biscuits, etc) don't stress about drying or cubing it, just rip it into cube size pieces.
- 1/2 cup of butter
- 1 cup of sugar
- 2 beaten egg yolks (from above)
- 4 Tablespoons of water
- 4 Tablespoons of Bourbon
Roasted Garlic Spread

This is simply fantastic, it is a pampered chef recipe
- 2 Whole cloves of Garlic
- 3 plum tomatoes cut into 4 wedges each
- 8 oz of sour cream and chives soft cream cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon of Oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- Olive Oil
Buttermilk Pie

Beat the eggs, then add in the butter, sugar, and flour
- 1/2 cup butter melted
- 3 large eggs
- 1 Cup buttermilk
- 1-2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg or cinnamon
- 1 1/4 cup sugar
- 4 Tablespoons flour
- 1- 9 inch Pie crust uncooked
Veg-All Casserole

This is really really good
- Frozen mixed vegetables (24-32 oz) or 2 cans of 16 oz Veg All
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese grated
- 1 cup of mayo
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup Ritz crackers crumbled
Big Daddy's Brunswick Stew

World famous, serve with pulled or chopped pork, a slice of bread and coleslaw for a real Southern BBBQ
- 4 or 5 hens (NOT FRYERS) Use baking hens
- 15 lbs of Pork Roast (Boston Butt)
- 15 lbs of Beef Roast (sirloin)
- Do not substitute these, you will not have quality stew if you do!
- 4 gallons of Whole Kernel Corn
- 4 Gallons of Whole Tomatoes
- DO NOT SUBSTITUTE
- 1 gallon of Ketchup
- Salt, Red and Black Pepper
Po Boys Egg Benedict

I created this when I was scrounging thru supplies during a storm for breakfast
- 1 baked biscuit or toasted English Muffin
- 2 eggs
- 1 package of hollandaise sauce mix or melted cheese (quick easy hollandaise sauce below)
- 2 slices of well friend bologna or lunch ham
Sweet Potato casserole

Boil the sweet potatoes until soft
- 3-4 large sweet potatoes
- 1 stick butter
- 2 large or 3 medium eggs
- 1 small can of evaporated mile
- 2/3 cup sugar use 1 cup of sugar if you like them sweeter
- 2 Teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon Nutmeg
- 1 Tablespoon cinnamon
- marshmallows
Lasagne

Brown the meat with the garlic and onions and salt and pepper
- 1 pound ground beef or turkey
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 2 cloves of garlic minced
- 1 jar of spaghetti sauce
- 1-2 beaten egg
- 1 (15 Oz) container of Ricotta Cheese
- 1 (15 oz) container of cottage cheese
- 1 cup of mozzarella cheese shredded
- 2 packages of sliced mozzarella cheese (or 1/4 block sliced)
- 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
- Lasagna noodles uncooked or cooked, either is fine
