Five-Cheese Hot Spinach & Artichoke Dip Recipe

Drain peppers, reserving 1 tablespoon liquid; chop peppers
- 1 jar (12 ounces) roasted sweet red peppers
- 1 jar (6-1/2 ounces) marinated quartered artichoke hearts
- 1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 8 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese, cubed
- 1-1/2 cups (6 ounces) shredded Asiago cheese
- 2 packages (3 ounces each) cream cheese, softened and cubed
- 1 cup (4 ounces) crumbled feta cheese
- 1/3 cup shredded provolone cheese
- 1/3 cup minced fresh basil
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Assorted crackers
Hot Dog and Hamburger Potato Buns

These are light, fluffy, and buttery -- basically, your summer sandwich's best friend
- 6 cups bread flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoon yeast
- 1 1/3 cup warm water (around 105 to 110° F)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 cup mashed potatoes
- 4 ounces (1 stick) unsalted butter, cut into small pieces and softened
- 2 eggs, gently whipped
- 1 egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 tablespoons water or milk
- pinch salt
- 4 ounces (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
Slow Cooker Teriyaki Chicken

Add the chicken breasts to the bottom of your slow cooker in a single layer
- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup chopped white onion
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup soy sauce (use low-sodium if desired)
- 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh ginger
- 1/8 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- (optional toppings: sliced scallions and toasted sesame seeds)
Flourless Almond Joy Cookies

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F
- 3 c. powdered sugar
- 3/4 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 4 large egg whites
- 1/2 c. almonds, finely ground
- 1 T. pure vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. almond extract
- 1 c. shredded coconut
- 1/4 c. semisweet mini chocolate chips

For the Chocolate Cupcakes: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup cold coffee or water
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 2 tablespoons white or apple cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup non-hydrogenated vegetable shortening
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 2-5 tablespoons soy, almond or rice milk
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips (dairy-free)
- 1/4 cup canned coconut milk, mixed well before measuring
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
Cauliflower Crust Pizza

Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper, and preheat oven to 425ºF
- Nonstick spray
- 2 1/2 cups cauliflower, grated (about 1/2 a large head)
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- 1 1/4 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup grape tomatoes, sliced in half
- 2 cloves garlic, sliced
