- 1 ⁄2 cup dry white wine
- 1 ⁄4 cup lemon juice
- 2 ⁄3 cup cold butter, sliced
- 1 1⁄2 cups chopped sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 ⁄3 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1 ⁄2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 ⁄2 teaspoon white pepper
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- extra virgin olive oil, for brushing
- 1 ⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 ⁄2 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 ounces caprino cheese or 8 ounces goat cheese, room temperature

Combine the corn syrup and the brown sugar in a medium sauce pan and heat over medium heat and bring to a boil
- 1 cup corn syrup
- 1 pound brown sugar
- 1 stick (1/2 cup) butter
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 T. vanilla extract
- Large brown paper bag 1/2 to 2/3 fill with popped popcorn (5 to 6 quarts)
