Corned Beef- In a large bowl, coat corned beef cubes with 1/3 cup of flour
- 2 pounds corned beef brisket excess fat trimmed and meat cut into 1-inch cubes (about 3 cups cubed meat)
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour

- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cups yellow onion diced, 1/2” by 1/2” dice
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 2 cloves garlic sliced

- 1 1/2 cups beer Guinness Draught

- 2 cups carrots peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 cup butternut squash peeled, cut into 1-inch pieces
