- 2 cups canned plum tomatoes, seeded, and chopped coarsely
- 1 cup long-grain white rice, uncooked
- 1/2 cup frozen peos
- 3 cups chicken broth or stock
- 1 tsp. salt

EASY CHILI

fast easy vegie chili
- 3 - 150 z. cans of kidney beans
- 2- 16 oz. cans of black beans
- 1-16oz. can northern beans
- 1 -28 oz. can crushed tomatoes in puree
- 1- 10oz. can rotel tomatoes & green chilies(original)
- 2 onions, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 5 cloves garlic, chopped
- 3 stalks celery, chopped
- 4 tbsp. chili powder
- 2 tbsp. cumin
- 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp. salt ???
- pepper
- 1 tbsp. dried parsley
White Sangria

Pour wine into a pitcher and squeeze the juice wedges from the orange, lemon, and lime into the wine
- 1 Bottle of White Wine
- 2/3 Cup White Sugar
- 3 Oranges (Sliced) or 1 Cup Orange Juice
- 1 Lemon (Sliced)
- 1 Lime (Sliced)
- 1/2 Liter of Ginger Ale or Club Soda (Ginger Ale for those with a sweet tooth!)

1. Sprinkle gelatin over cold water in a mixing bowl
- • 3 envelopes unflavored gelatin
- • 5 tablespoons Splenda sugar substitute
- • 3 egg whites
- • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- • 1/4 cup cold water
- • 3/4 cup boiling water
- • 1/2 teaspoon marshmallow flavored oil (LorAnn or American Spice) (optional)

- 3 cans tomato sauce (15oz. ea.)
