In the bowl drop the yeast into the warm water
- 3/4 tsp. Active Dry Yeast
- 1-1/2 cups Bread Flour
- 1/4 tsp. Salt
- 1-1/2 tsp. Sugar
- 1/2 Cup + 2 Tb. Water
- 1-1/2 tsp. olive oil + 2 Tb. olive oil
- Rosemary
- Course Salt

Buffalo Chicken Wings

Combine hot sauce and cayenne pepper in a small saucepan over medium heat
- Dipping Sauce:
- 1 cup Frank's Red Hot Sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
- 4 tablespoons cold unsalted butter, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 2 quarts vegetable oil
- 4 pounds chicken wings, tips removed, drumettes and wingettes separated
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
- Coarse salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Celery sticks

- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
- 1/2 cup white sugar

Cook Noodles according to package
- 6-9 Strips Lasagna Noodles
- 1-1/2 lb. Hamburger
- 2 Tbl. Sugar
- 1/2 C Chopped Onion
- 8 oz. Can Tomato Sauce
- 6 oz. Can Tomato Paste
- 1/3 C Water
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/4 tsp. Oregano
- 1/4 tsp. Basil
- 1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1/4 tsp. Pepper
- Dash Crushed Red Pepper
- 3 oz. Cream Cheese
- 1/4 C Sour Cream
- 1 C Cottage Cheese
- 2 C Mozzarella/Cheddar Shredded Cheese
Grilled BBQ Meatloaf Burgers

In a bowl, combine all the ingredients together very well by hand
- 1 lb. ground sirloin
- 1/4 C. finely chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 (heaping) C. finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 12 ritz crackers, crushed
- 3 T. BBQ sauce (any kind you like)
