Next Day Mac and Cheese Toast

Cut refrigerated macaroni and cheese into slices or bite size pieces
- Leftover baked macaroni and cheese, refrigerated for at least overnight
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon cayenne
- 1 egg beaten with 2 ounces water
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs
- Oil for deep frying, preheated to 375 degrees
Crockpot Macaroni and Cheese

Boil the macaroni in a 2 quart saucepan in plenty of water until tender, about 7 minutes
- • 2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni (an 8-ounce box isn't quite 2 cups)
- • 4 tablespoons (1/2 stuck) butter, cut into pieces
- • 2 1/2 cups (about 10 ounces) grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- • 3 eggs, beaten
- • 1/2 cup sour cream
- • 1 (10 3/4-ounce) can condensed Cheddar cheese soup
- • 1/2 teaspoon salt
- • 1 cup whole milk
- • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Saucy Baked Chicken

Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine Sloppy Joe sauce, brown sugar, mustard, salt and paprika in small saucepan
- 1 can (15 oz each) Manwich® Original Sloppy Joe Sauce
- 2 tablespoons firmly packed light brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Gulden's® Spicy Brown Mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- PAM® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
- 3 large (8 oz each) boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut in half lengthwise or 6 thin cut breasts
Coffee Cake

Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and soda
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/3 cup shortening
- 1 beaten egg
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- Topping (below)
- Topping
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- Combine topping ingredients; sprinkle over coffee cake batter just before baking.
Pinstripe Beer-Be-Que Sauce

Heat to combine; reduce by half
- 2 cups ketchup
- 1 cup dark brown sugar
- 1/2 cup cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup spicy brown mustard
- 1/2 cup honey dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup worchestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 bottle Ska Pinstripe Beer (red)
- 1 Tbsp kosher salt
- 2 tsp pepper
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 light corn syrup

In large heavy-bottomed Dutch oven, cook the bacon over medium heat until lightly crisp, stirring occasionally
- 6 slices thick-cut applewood smoked bacon, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 2 medium onions, finely chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
- 3 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon chipotle chili powder
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 pound 85 percent lean ground beef
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 cup beer (recommended: Budweiser)
- 1 (24-ounce) can crushed tomatoes
- 1 (24-ounce) can diced tomatoes, with juice
- Lime wedges, for garnish
- Sour cream, for garnish
- Shredded Cheddar, for garnish
- Sliced scallions, for garnish
Skinner's "Firehouse" Mustard Sauce

1. Combine all ingredients 2
- ¾ cup Cider Vinegar
- ½ cup Chicken Broth
- ½ cup Finely chopped Onion (Maui sweet)
- ¼ cup minced Jalapeno peppers
- ½ cup Dijon Mustard
- ¼ cup Honey Mustard
- ¼ cup Light Corn Syrup
- 2 Tbsp. Molasses
- ½ tsp. pepper
- ½ tsp Kosher salt
- ½-¼ tsp. Cayenne Pepper
- ¼ cup Spicy Brown Mustard
- ¼ tsp. Onion Powder
BBQ Coca-Cola Pork Chops -- Crockpot

- 4 boneless center cut pork chops
- 1/2 bottle Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce (9 oz.)
- 12 oz Coca-Cola (1 can)
Smoked Honey Glazed Turkey

- 1 15 pound turkey, fresh or thawed
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
