- 1/2 cup of olive oil.
- 1/3 cup of fresh lemon juice.
- 1/4 cup of worcestershire sauce.
- 1 1/2 tbsps of garlic powder.
- 3 tbsps of dried basil.
- 1 1/2 tbsps of dried parsley flakes.
- 1 tsp of ground white pepper.
- 1/4 tsp of hot pepper sauce.
- 1 tsp of dried minced garlic.
Citrus Aioli Grilled Shrimp

- Citrus Aioli:
- 1 pound large prawns (size 16 to 20 or larger), shells on
- 1/2 cup citrus olive oil
- 2 tablespoons minced red onion
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic

- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 4 bamboo skewers, soaked in water for 20 minutes, or metal skewers

Grilled Corn on the Cob with BBQ Butter

Grill the Corn: Heat the grill to medium
- 4 Ears of Corn
- Kosher Salt
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 1/2 small red onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 tablespoon ancho chili powder
- 2 teaspoons Spanish paprika
- 1 teaspoon toasted cumin seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne powder
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 1/2 sticks unsalted butter, slightly softened
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Au Gratin Potatoes

- 1 clove garlic halved
- 1 12 oz. bottle hard apple cider
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. brandy
- Pinch Kosher salt

- 5 oz. (2 cups) Smoked Gouda rind removed, grated
