In a saucepan, combine all the ingredients

- 2 T maple syrup
- 1 T coconut oil

- 1 package (10.6 ounces) gluten-free chocolate sandwich cookies

- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese. (You can use reduced fat, often called Neufchatel cheese, in the crust. I wouldn't use fat-free, however.)
- 1 1/4 cups powdered sugar
- 1 container (8 ounces) Cool Whip (regular or reduced fat.) OR 3 cups whipped heavy cream

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and clear a space in your fridge or freezer for it
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 3 cups cooked quinoa (from about 1 cup uncooked quinoa)

- 1 bunch of asparagus (mine had about 30 spears)

- 1/4 cup flour (I used whole wheat pastry flour)
