Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit

- 1/4 cup sweet rice flour (also called 'glutinous rice flour') (33g)
- 1 teaspoon xanthan gum
- 4 large eggs

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Water, as needed
- Millet flour, for rolling out (or more chickpea flour)
