- 1 1/2 cups (205 g) bread (high gluten) flour
- Pinch of salt
- 1 large egg mixed with 2 Tablespoons (30 ml) water (for brushing dough before baking)

- 1 teaspoon xanthan gum
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda

- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar

- 3/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)

- 1 cup cooked quinoa
- 1/3 cup coconut sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 heaping teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 2 flax eggs (2 tablespoons flaxseed meal + 6 tablespoons warm water)
- 1 cup mashed bananas (2 medium bananas)

- 575 grams chopped cauliflower (about 1 medium cauliflower)
- 25 grams coconut flour
- 45 grams unflavoured micellar casein* (substitute whey or rice protein isolate or 30 grams coconut flour)
- 25 grams Grana Padano or Reggiano cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
- 1 large egg (52 grams, shelled)
- 198 grams liquid egg whites (about 6 large egg whites)
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon chilli, smoked paprika, roasted garlic, or some finely chopped fresh herbs (optional)
- You can omit the casein powder if you like and just add another 25 grams of coconut flour.

- 1/4 cup superfine brown rice flour
- 3 Tablespoon potato starch

- 1/4 teaspoon xanthan gum (or guar gum, for corn-free)
- 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/3-1/2teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter (or Earth Balance spread), at room temperature
- 1/3 cup + 1 Tablespoon sugar or (sugar-free substitute: birch derived xylitol, etc.)
- 1 large egg
- 4 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1 Tablespoon milk (cow's, almond, GF rice, etc.)

- 2 chai tea bags (I used herbal, but regular black Chai would work, too)

- 1/2 cup (80 g) raw cashews
- 1 cup (240 ml) coconut milk
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) agave nectar or coconut nectar
