cookie - Orange & Ginger Marmalade Thumbprint Cookies

1) Set the oven to 350 degrees
- 1/3 cup arrowroot flour
- 1/3 cup almond meal flour
- 1/3 cup coconut flour, sifted
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 cup ghee or coconut oil, liquified
- 3 tablespoons coconut sugar + 1 tablespoon water OR 3 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 egg, brought to room temp in a bowl of hot water (cold eggs will harden the ghee or coconut oil)
- Ginger & Orange Marmalade with no added sugar

1. Grease pie pan. 2. Mix together graham cracker crumbs, sugar and melted butter
- 1 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs (about 14 graham crackers)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 6 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 1/4 cups fresh lemon juice (6-8 lemons)
- 2 14 oz cans sweetened condensed milk
- 8 large egg yolks
- 2 tbsp finely grated lemon zest
- 8 oz Cool Whip

In a medium saucepan, mix all the ingredients on medium heat and stir until everything is combined
- 1 bar dark chocolate 3.5oz (I used 70%cacao)
- 1 cup fresh ground peanut butter

- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 can condensed cheddar soup
- 1 (5 ounce) can evaporated milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 cup finely diced onion
- 2 cups shredded cheddar

1. Pre-heat oven to 325F and generously grease loaf pan
- 2 cup basic Gluten-Free flour blend (you can use your own to try this one)
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (use less if the nuts are salted)
- 1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum
- 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup melted butter or vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup milk or yogurt (almond milk)

- 1 teaspoon vanilla

- 1 (2.2 ounce) bar Aloha chocolate, broken up (about 1/3 cup)
- 1 tablespoon (1/2 ounce) coconut oil
- 1/8 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 1/4 cup (1.25 ounce / 40 g) hemp seed hearts
- 2 tablespoons (.5 ounces / 15 g) cacao nibs
- 2 1/2 cups (3 ounces / 85 g) crisp rice cereal (not 'puffed' rice)
