- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup mini chocolate chip

In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy
- BUTTER SAUCE:
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, cubed
- 1/4 cup water
- 1-1/2 teaspoons almond extract
- 1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Brown Sugar Glazed Ham

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F
- One 7 to 8-pound smoked fresh ham
- 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup apple jelly
- 1/4 cup spicy brown mustard
- 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon finely grated fresh ginger
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic

- 1 pound extra lean ground beef

- 1/2 leaf lettuce leaf
- 1 cup KRAFT Lite Ranch Dressing
- 4 cups assorted cut-up fresh vegetables (red and yellow bell pepper strips, cucumber slices, snow peas, mushroom slices, celery sticks, carrot sticks, cherry tomatoes, broccoli florets, cauliflower florets)
Grandmother's Buttermilk Cornbread

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (175 degrees C)
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2/3 cup white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
