Melt butter with 1/2 cup of cream and simmer 1 minute until thickened
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup half and half or whipping cream
- 1 cup grated fresh Parmesan cheese
- black pepper
- salt
Stuffing: Thanksgiving

Remove bread from packages and leave out to let it become stale
- 5 loaves of butter bread
- 2 sticks melted butter
- 3 eggs
- 1 bottle sage
- 1 bottle poultry seasoning
- 1 quart of chicken stock
- 2 bunches of celery, chopped
- 3 large onions, chopped
Cookies: Shortbread Daisy

Blend, then wrap with plastic and chill for 30 minutes
- 3 sticks soft butter
- 1 cups sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 1/2 cups flour
Tart: French Apple

Preheat oven to 400* Line a sheet pan with parchment paper
- Pastry:
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 12 tablespoons cold butter, diced
- 1/2 cup ice water
- Apples:
- 4 Granny Smith apples
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 tablespoons cold butter, small diced
- 1/2 cup apricot jam
Bread: Rustic Italian

This is the one I make all the time
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cups bread flour or 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons granulated sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
- cornmeal, for baking sheet
- 1 egg white, slightly beaten
Lamb: Rack

This is my absolute favorite recipe that I worked for almost 2 years to perfect and I think I did a really good job
- Fresh bread crumbs:
- 2 racks of lamb
- vegetable oil
- 2 lemons zested
- 2 lemons juiced
- 2 large bunches of Italian parsley
- 5 to 6 whole garlic
- 2 handfuls of whole walnuts
- 1 stick of melted butter
- 6 to 8 slices of Pepperidge Farm bread processed until bread crumbs
Lasagna and Turkey sausage

This is fabulous for a different taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup chopped yellow onion (1 onion)
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 1/2 pounds sweet Italian turkey sausage, casing removed
- 1 28 oz can crushed tomatoes in tomato puree
- 1 6 oz can tomato paste
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 2 Tablespoons of parsley
- 1/2 cup chopped basil
- kosher salt
- fresh pepper
- 1/2 pound lasagna noodles
- 15 oz ricotta cheese
- 3 to 4 oz goat cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese, plus 1/4 cup for sprinkling
- 1 extra large egg, lightly beaten
- 1 pound fresh mozzarella, thinly sliced
Herb Baked Eggs

Oh I love this dish on a chilly Sunday morning
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon minced thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon minced rosemary
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoon minced parsley
- 12 extra large eggs
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- salt and pepper
- Toast
Chocolate Pots de Creme

Place chocolate in blender
- Topping:
- 9 oz semisweet chocolate, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups whole milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 6 large egg yolks
- 5 tablespoons granulated sugar (if using bitter chocolate add tablespoon)
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbl confectioners sugar
Brownies: Butterscotch or Blonde
