MJ's THE Chicken Pot Pie

1.Preheat oven to 400 2.Spray a pie pan with nonstick spray and place 1 pie crust into pie plate, set aside 3
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 1 cup carrots, sliced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup dry white wine, optional (if not using wine use chicken stock)
- 1/3 cup flour
- 3 cups chicken stock
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 3 tbsp. parsley, chopped
- 2 tsp rosemary, chopped
- 2 tsp thyme leaves, chopped
- 6 cups shredded cooked chicken (I used rotisserie but 3-4 chicken breasts would work as well - you could also use any other meat you would like such as turkey, ham or beef)
- 1 tbsp. pepper
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup water

1.Preheat oven to 425 2.Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil and spray heavily with nonstick spray, set aside 3
- 2 lbs russet potatoes, 4-5 potatoes
- 6 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 tsp sea salt
- 2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp chili powder
- pinch of brown sugar
TEXAS ROADHOUSE HONEY BUTTER

Add everything in the order listed, whipping well
- 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, very softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup honey
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
Easy Crockpot Pulled Pork

1. Rinse pork roast under cold water and pat dry with paper towels
- 1 large Vidalia onion, sliced thin
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 (4-6 lb) boneless pork butt or shoulder
- 3/4 cup cider vinegar
- 4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoons dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

For the first layer: Spray the 9x13 pan with Pam
- 18 ounces red velvet cake mix
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 3 eggs
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 12 ounces confectioners' sugar
Flea Bath

Just a few simple ingredients you probably have in your pantry, and your pet can have a cleansing flea bath at home
- 1 cup dawn dish liquid
- 1 cup white vinegar
- 1 quart warm water
Greek Penne PAsta

Cook pasta according to package directions (without butter or oil), drain and set aside
- 12 ounces uncooked penne
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 2/3 ounce pine nuts, about 2 tbsp
- 1 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 10 ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed ( I used freshly cooked spinach and it was just fine)
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 4 ounces feta cheese, crumbled (optional)
- 6 medium olives, black,pitted and chopped ( I prefer the green Greek or Italian olives) (optional)
Broccoli Salad 3

- Raw Broccoli - chopped
- Cauliflower- chopped
- celery- chopped
- a little grated onion and carrot
- Dressing
- 3/4 cup mayo
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2/4 cup milk
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
