Blue Cheese Dressing

- 1 pound lean ground beef (90% lean)
- 5 thick-sliced bacon strips, chopped
- 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 can (14-1/2 ounces) beef broth
- 1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom with roasted garlic soup, undiluted
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 6 cups uncooked egg noodles
- 1 cup (8 ounces) sour cream
- 2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
- 1/2 cup shredded white cheddar cheese
- Minced fresh parsley, optional
Toasted Romano Crostini

PREHEAT broiler. Mix cheese, mayo, onions and red peppers
- 1 cup Shredded Romano Cheese
- 1/2 cup Real Mayo Mayonnaise
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. chopped roasted red peppers
- 1 loaf French bread, cut into 1/2-inch slices
Sour Cream Apple Pie

Preheat oven to 400. Roll out dough disk to a 12 in round; ease into a 9 inch pie plate
- 1/2 pie crust
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 large egg
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 6 medium Golden Delicious apples, peeled, cored, thinly sliced
- 6 Tbsp. unsalted butter
- 1 c. all-purpouse flour
- 1/2 c. packed light brown sugar
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Summer Corn Salad

Remove kernels with paring knife and place in large bowl
- 5 ears corn, boiled or grilled
- 3 table spoon olive oil
- 1 tomato, seeded and diced
- fresh cilantro, to taste
- 1 red onion,chopped
- 1 green bell bell pepper, diced
- pepper
- 1 lime,juiced
- salt
- pepper
Ham and Swiss Stromboli

Unroll dough into a rectangle on a greased baking sheet
- 1 tube (11 ounces) refrigerated crusty French loaf
- 6 ounces thinly sliced deli ham
- 6 green onions, sliced
- 8 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
- 1-1/2 cups (6 ounces) shredded Swiss cheese
Taco Salad

In a large skillet, cook pork over medium heat until no longer pink; drain
- 1 pound ground pork or beef
- 1 envelope taco seasoning
- 1 can (16 ounces) kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 3/4 cup water
- 10 cups torn romaine
- 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup Western salad dressing
- Tortilla chips, crushed
- Sour cream and guacamole, optional
Ranch Chicken & Noodles

In a skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until crisp
- 6 slices bacon, cut into narrow strips
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
- 2 T. all-purpose flour
- 2 T. ranch salad dressing mix
- 1-1/4 c. milk
- 8 oz. pkg med egg noodles, cooked
- garnish: grated parmesean cheese
Asian Grilled Chicken Recipe

Easy dinner when you marinade the chicken the day before
- MARINADE:
- 6 thin boneless skinless chicken cutlets (3 ounces each)
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons fresh ginger, peeled and minced
- 2 green onions, minced
- 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce (for gluten free, use tamari)
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
Egg Salad

Slice eggs using Egg slicer plus, turn eggs a quarter turn and slice again
- 6 hard-cooked eggs, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 cup mayonaise
- 2 Tbsp chopped celery
- 2 Tbsp chopped pickle
- 2 Tbsp chopped red bell pepper
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
