Danish Apple Bars

Mix flour,salt. shortening and egg yolk mixed with milk
- FROSTING:
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 cup shortening
- 1 egg yolk +enough milk to make 2/3cup
- 8 to 10 apples
- depending on size
- 2 handfuls cornflakes
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 egg white
- 1 tbsp. water
- 2 tbsp. vannilla
- 1 cup powdered sugar
Pork Chop Casserole

Brown pork chops in oil on both sides; arrange in a 13"x9" baking pan
- 4 to 6 Pork chops
- 2 T. oil
- 5 to 6 potatoes, peeled, cubed and boiled
- 10-3/4 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
- 10-3/4 oz. can cream of celery soup
- 15-1/4 oz. can peas (or frozen)
- 1/2 c. milk
- salt and pepper to taste
- paprika to taste

- 3/4 cup(s) sugar, granulated

1.Heat oven to 375°F. In large bowl, stir together cookie mix and crumbs
- 1 pouch (1 lb 1.5 oz) Betty Crocker sugar cookie mix
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 3 cups milk chocolate chips (18 oz)
- 4 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
Red Velvet Cheesecake Brownies

1.Preheat oven to 350F. Butter the bottom and sides of a 8 inch metal baking pan

- ■2-oz dark chocolate, coarsely chopped

- 2 T. garlic, minced
- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets

- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder

- 1 tablespoon chicken bouillon granules
