Teriyaki Chicken Pizza

Directions Combine reserved pineapple juice, chicken, and garlic in a small baking dish

- 1 large partially-baked pizza crust, such as Boboli
- 1 tablespoon oil from Stonewall Kitchen Roasted Garlic and Onion Jam
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced (about 2 cups)
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar + 1 tablespoon water
- 1/2 pound shredded fresh mozzarella cheese, blotted dry on paper towels
- 6 tablespoons freshly grated imported Parmesan cheese
- 17 sun-dried Tomatoes, blotted on paper towels
- 1/2 to 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Red pepper flakes, optional

- 2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (1 ounce) package dry onion soup mix

- 1 tbs Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 cup beef broth

Mix all vegetables in a large bowl
- 2 quarts green tomatoes chopped
- 3 cups sugar
- 3 green peppers diced
- 3 red peppers diced
- 3 cups vinegar
- 5 large onions finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons salt
- 1 tablespoons celery seed
- 1 tablespoons allspice
- 2 tablespoons mustard seed
- 1 tablespoons turmeric

- 1/2 cup (118 ml) olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme (substitute 1 teaspoon dried thyme)
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary (substitute 1 teaspoon dried rosemary)
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup (237 ml) warm water
- 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast (1 envelope)
- 1/4 teaspoon honey
- 2 1/2 (350 grams) cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
Chocolate Chili Chicken Rub

Combine the ingredients in a large jar or other container with a lid
- 2 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder (use your favorite)
- 2 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp. onion powder
- 2 Tbsp. sweet paprika
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar substitute
- 2 tsp. ground coriander
- 2 tsp. cumin
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. allspice
- 1 tsp. Chinese Five Spice powder
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. salt or salt substitute
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
Spicy Black Beans

1. In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium heat
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 2 cans (15 ounces each) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 jalapeno or other chili pepper, cored, seeded, and chopped
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro or parsley
Turkey Sandwich

1. Spread 1 slice of bread with the cream cheese
- 2 to 3 tablespoons cream cheese (not low fat), at room temperature
- 1 whole scallion, thin sliced (optional)
- 2 to 3 tablespoons cranberry sauce (whatever you have in the house is fine)
- A generous amount of thin-sliced turkey (light or dark meat is your call)
- Dark, grainy mustard (we use Gulden's)
- 1 leaf of lettuce
- Mayonnaise
Porker's Rib Seasoning
