White Chocolate Chunk-Macadamia Nut Cookies

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
- 2 cups All purpose flour
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teasppoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 8 ounces (1 1/2 cups) white chocolate baking squares,
- cut into small chunks, or white baking chips.
- 3/4 cup roughly chopped, unsalted, toasted macadamia
- nuts.
Tangy Chicken

1. Grease interior of slow-cooker crock
- 16 ounce jar chunky salsa, as hot or mild as you like
- half and envelope dry taco seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup peach or apricot preserves
- 4 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs
Grilled Pork Tenderloin with Pineapple Salsa

Preheat the grill over medium-high heat
- Pork:
- 1 Tbsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp curry powder
- 1/2 tsp mustard powder
- 1 tsp course ground black pepper
- 1-1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 Tbsp oil
- 2 pork tenderloins, about 1-1/4 lbs each
