Pasta Crab or Shrimp Casserole

- 8 oz uncooked spiral pasta
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 8 oz pk mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 8oz pkg / cans crabmeat, chopped
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese, sharp or extra old
Jalapeno Ranch Dressing

- 1 cup greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup milk (skim)
- 2 TBSPS white vinegar
- 2 TBSP olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp dill
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley (1 TBSP dried)
- 1/4 cup fresh chives
- 1 jalapeno, leave some seeds in for heat (can also use a couple TBSP pickled jalapenos)

- TOMATO SAUCE = 3/4 CUP TOMATO PASTE + 1 CUP WATER = 2 CUPS
- SELF RISING FLOUR = 1 CUP FLOUR + 1 TSP BAKING POWDER + 1/2 TSP SALT + 1/4 TSP BAKING SODA
- 1 WHOLE EGG = 2 EGG WHITES + 1/4 CUP EGG SUBSTITUTE
- DARK CORN SYRUP = 1/4 CUP LIGHT CORN SYRUP + 1/4 CUP MOLASSES
- BUTTERMILK (1 CUP) = 1 CUP YOGURT OR 1 TBSP VINEGAR AND ADD MILK TO 1 CUP

- 1/2 recipe slow cooker buffalo chicken (recipe follows)
- 2 cups shredded monterey jack cheese
- 15 - 20 pickled jalapenos, roughly chopped
- 3 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
- hot sauce and sour cream for serving

- 1 medium cabbage
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 onion, finely diced
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 cup hot water
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- (we always double the sauce recipe!)
