  • 2 tsp finely grated orange zest
  • 1 2/3 cups all purpose flour (half ww half white)
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • pinch ground cinnamon
  • 1 tin crushed pineapple, well drained (or 1 can mandarin oranges, drained and crushed)
  • 1/2 cup raisins or berries (I used partridgeberries)
