Cherry Nut Cake

Preheat oven to 325 degrees, grease and flour a 10 inch tub pan
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 ½ cups sugar
- 1 ½ tsp. vanilla
- 4 eggs
- 2 ¼ cups cake flour, sifted
- 1 ½ tsp. baking powder
- ¾ cup chopped maraschino cherries, drained well
- ½ cup pecans, chopped
- ½ cup pecans, finely chopped
Baked Rice with Pine Nuts
