Saffron Risotto

Saute the onion in 1 tbs. butter and oil for 3 minutes
- 1 onion, minced
- 3 tbs. butter
- 2 tbs. olive oil
- 5 oz. Italian sausage
- 1 cup Arborio rice
- 1/4 ¼ cup dry white wine
- 1 bouillon cube, dissolved in 4 cups boiling water
- 1 15 oz. Can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 ¼ tsp. Saffron
- Salt and pepper

Combine 2 cups flour, sugar, undissolved yeast and salt in large bowl
- 3 to 3-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 envelope FLEISCHMANN’S RapidRise Yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 2 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
- Cinnamon Walnut Topping (recipe follows)
- Powdered Sugar Glaze (recipe follows)
