- ½ cup butter, softened
- 3 tbs. sugar
- 1 ½ tsp. cinnamon
- 9 scoops vanilla ice cream
- Chocolate syrup
- Caramel syrup
- 6 tbs. chopped walnuts
Stabilizied Whipped Cream Frosting

- 1 tsp gelatin
- 2 cups whipping cream
- 1/2 cup confectioners sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract

- 1 envelope unflavoured gelatine

- 1 tsp. vanilla, if not using a vanilla bean
- ½ tsp. almond extract

Multi Colored Gnocchi
