Bread Pudding with Vanilla Sauce

Bread Pudding Combine first 4 ingredients
- 3 large eggs. Lightly beaten
- 1 1/2 1 ½ cup sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Light brown sugar
- 1/2 ½ tsp. Ground nutmeg
- 1/4 ¼ cup butter, melted
- 2 3/4 2 ¾ cup whipping cream
- 4 cups cubed French bread
- 3/4 ¾ cup raisins
- Vanilla Sauce
- 1/2 ½ cup sugar
- 3 Tbsp light brown sugar
- 1 tbsp all purpose flur
- Dash of ground nutmeg
- 1 large egg
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1 1/3 cup whipping cream
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
Primanti Brothers Sandwich

Pittsburgh Favorite!!! Anyone who has spent time in Pittsburgh probably has heard of Primanti Bros
- For the slaw:
- 1 pound (about half of a medium-size head) green cabbage, shredded or finely chopped (about 6 cups)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 to 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon celery seed
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- Freshly ground black pepper
- MAKE AHEAD: The slaw can be refrigerated for up to 5 days
- For the twice-fried potatoes:
- 6 to 8 large (4 to 5 pounds) russet potatoes, washed well
- 8 cups vegetable oil, for frying
- Kosher salt
- For the meat and cheese:
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 pounds spicy, thinly sliced capicola ham
- 8 thin slices provolone cheese (about 5 ounces)
- For assembly
- 4 vine-ripened tomatoes, cut into 16 thin slices
- 16 large slices of soft Italian bread (18 ounces total)
Jalapeno Popper Dip

Preheat oven to 350. Combine all of the ingredients into a medium bowl
- Topping:
- 6-8 slices of bacon, diced and cooked crispy
- 2 8-oz packages of cream cheese, soft
- 1 cup of mayonnaise
- 4-6 jalapeno's, chopped and deseeded. The seeds will make it fiery hot.
- 1 cup of cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup diced green onion
- 1 cup of crushed crackers ( I used Ritz)
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/2 stick of butter, melted

- 3/4 lb lean flank steak
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp black pepper

- 4 (8 inch) flour tortillas
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- 2 cups sliced onion
- 1/3 C green bell pepper strips

Preheat 350. Mix first 3 ingredients and press into a 9-inch spring form pan
- 5 – 8 oz cream cheese, room tempature
- 1 3/4 1 ¾ cup sugar
- 3 tbsp. flour
- 1/4 ¼ tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 ¼ cup heavy cream
- 6 eggs
- 1 1/4 1 ¼ cup crushed graham crumbs
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp melted butter
Pistachio-Covered Cheese Log

Pistachios give appealing texture and eye-catching color to our easy cheese-log appetizer
- •1 bar (8 ounces) cream cheese, room temperature
- •1 cup coarsely grated sharp white cheddar (4 ounces)
- •1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- •1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- •Coarse salt and ground pepper
- •1 cup shelled unsalted pistachios, coarsely chopped

BBQ Sauce

Mix all together, bring to a boil, reduce, cover, simmer 30 minutes
- 1 can of beer
- 1 1/2 1 ½ cups ketchup
- 1/2 ½ cup brown sugar
- 1/4 ¼ cup red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1 tsp red pepper
- 1 tsp basil
- 2 tsp dijon mustard
- 8 dashes of Worchestershire Sauce
Smoked Beer & Bacon Queso Fundido

Pour off all but 1 Tbsp. of bacon drippings
- 1 Tbsp. Oil
- 3 Strips of Bacon, browned to crisp and crumbled
- Brown bacon in oil until crisp. Crumble. Set bacon aside.
- 1 Onion, white, diced
- 1 Jalapeno, stemmed, seeded, and chopped fine
- 1/4 C Sun-dried Tomatoes, diced
