- 1/2 pound imported Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1/2 pound Gruyere cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 cup dry white wine
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- Pinch nutmeg
- 2-3 cups cooked macaroni or shell pasta
- 2-3 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup crisply cooked bacon, chopped

KITCHEN CHEAT SHEET GRAIN FREE PALEO BREAD, makes a loaf Preaheat oven to 300F (150C)
- 1 cup raw cashew butter, at room temperature
- 4 large eggs, separated
- 1/2 tablespoon honey (I will omit this completely for next time, although recipe calls for more)
- 2 1/2 teaspoons vinegar (recipe calls for apple cider, but I only had wine vinegar on hand)
- 1/4 cup water (or almond milk)
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

•Soak the cashews in filtered water 4-6 hours
- 2 cups raw cashews, soaked
- 1 can coconut milk (13-1/2 ounces)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 6 Tablespoons cocoa powder (I used Rapunzel Cocoa Powder from Tropical Traditions)
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1/2 cup raw honey (I used Tropical Traditions Certified Organic Raw Honey)
- 1/2 cup coconut oil, expeller pressed (you may use regular coconut oil if you wish)
- 3 ounces Baker’s chocolate
- Cacao nibs, optional (garnish)
- 1 Chocolate Pie Crust (recipe below)
- For 9-1/2″ Pie Pan
- 1-1/2 cups blanched almond flour
- 3 Tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, solid
- 2 Tablespoons honey
- ice water

mix all ingredients together, spray casserole dish with veg spray bake @ 350 for 1 hour uncovered

- 1 can whole corn (drained)
- 1 8oz sour cream
- 1 egg slightly beaten
- 1/2 c oil
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1 box corn muffin mix
