- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup pecan meal or almond flour(optional)
- I added the almond flour and it gave the waffles a wonderful flavor. If you think the batter is too thin, just add a little more flour. The come out crispy on outside and tender on the inside. They are so good.
