Open Faced BBQ Chicken French Bread Sandwich

I am going to try, in every way, shape and form to convince you to make this sandwich, ladies and gentlemen
- 1 loaf french bread
- 2 Tb butter, softened
- 1 rotisserie chicken
- 3/4 C Sweet Baby Rays BBQ Sauce
- 3 C mozzarella cheese, grated
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 3 Tb cilantro, chopped
Small Batch Vanilla Cupcakes

A simple and delicious batch of 5 vanilla cupcakes topped with vanilla buttercream frosting
- Cupcakes:
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted and slightly cooled
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup milk (preferably whole milk)
- Vanilla Frosting:
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1-2 teaspoons milk (I used whole milk)
M&M's™ Pudding Cookies

These are soft cookies which would be fun to do for different holidays, using seasonal M&M's
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 box (4-serving size) vanilla instant pudding and pie filling mix
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups green and red M&M's™ milk chocolate candies
- 1 cup white vanilla baking chips (we omitted)

- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasonings

- One 15 oz loaf French bread cut into cubes
- Topping:
