Chocolate Cherry Cake

The perfect combination of flavors in one amazing cake: sweet dark cherries and decadent chocolate
- 1 c all-purpose flour
- 1/2 c unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 c granulated sugar
- 1/2 c unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3/4 c buttermilk
- 3/4 c chocolate chips or chunks
- 1 1/2 c sweet dark cherries, pitted, halved
Peanut Butter Pieces Brownies*

Peanut Butter Pieces Brownies, a low sugar fudgy brownie with no flour
- 3/4 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup skim milk
- 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup Splenda
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp baking powder
- pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup peanut butter pieces candies
German Chocolate Brownies

German Chocolate brownies are also one of my guilty pleasures
- Brownies:
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Frosting:
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 egg yolks, slightly beaten
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 3/4 cup shredded coconut
- 1 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- Drizzle:
- 1 cup chocolate chips, melted (optional)
Skinny Cake Mix Cookie Bars

My husband laughs when I describe these kinds of desserts as "healthy" because obviously they're not
- 1 (15.25-oz) box white or yellow cake mix (I used Betty Crocker Super Moist French Vanilla)
- 1 (1-oz) box sugar free vanilla pudding
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 3 Tbsp. plain yogurt
- 2 eggs
- 1/2-1 cup chocolate chips (I eyeballed my measurements and used Reese's Pieces and mini chocolate chips. You can use whatever you have on hand or your favorites! :)
Cinnamon Vanilla Crepes with Fresh Peaches and Cream

We decided to make some simple alterations to my crepe recipe to compliment fresh peaches
- CINNAMON VANILLA CREPES:
- 1 1/2 C milk
- 1 C all-purpose flour
- 1 T oil
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 t salt
- 1 1/2 T sugar
- 1/2 t cinnamon
- 1 t vanilla
- PEACH FILLING:
- 6-7 fresh peaches
- 1-2 T sugar
- 1/8 t nutmeg
- Cool Whip or Whipping Cream
- powdered sugar (optional)

These delicious Pumpkin Cookies are crisp and chewy at the same time and studded with buttery, crunchy toffee bits
- 1/2 cup butter very soft
- 3/4 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 large egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 cup pumpkin purée
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup toffee bits* plus more for garnishing, if desired

- 1 package fudge brownie mix (13-inch x 9-inch pan size)
- 2 packages (3 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
- 6 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 can (16 ounces) chocolate frosting
