One Skillet Lasagna Taste of Home

This is hands-down one of the best skillet lasagna recipes our testing panel has ever tasted
- 3/4 pound ground beef
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 can (14-1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes with basil, oregano and garlic, undrained
- 2 jars (14 ounces each) spaghetti sauce
- 2/3 cup condensed cream of onion soup, undiluted
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1-1/4 cups 1% cottage cheese
- 3/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 9 no-cook lasagna noodles
- 1/2 cup shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

- Chocolate Cake Mix (I used Betty Crocker Super Moist Milk Chocolate)
- 14 fl oz coconut milk (I used Thai Kitchen)
- 3 eggs
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 12.25 oz caramel topping (I used Smuckers)
- Cool whip
- toasted coconut (to make, bake in a single layer at 350 for 10 minutes, watching closely)
- more caramel for drizzling (optional)

- 5 large flour tortillas (spinach, sun-dried tomato or white flour)
- 2 blocks (16 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup Italian shredded cheese (or mozzarella cheese)
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 2 pillow packs (8 ounces each) Hormel Pepperoni slices
- 3/4 cup finely chopped yellow and orange peppers

This cheesy ravioli bake casserole is the perfect weeknight dish
- 1 1 package 1 (16-ounce) package cheese-filled ravioli
- 36 36 36 ounces of your favorite pasta sauce (I use vodka sauce)
- 4 4 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 tablespoon dried parsley
- 1 1 1 pound cooked chicken, shredded (I use rotisserie)
- 8 8 8 ounces Borden® Mozzarella Cheese Shreds, divided
- 4 4 4 ounces Borden® Finely Shredded Parmesan Cheeses, divided
- fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
- NOTES ON MAKING CHEESY RAVIOLI BAKE CASSEROLE
- If you don’t have cream cheese, you can use cottage cheese or ricotta cheese instead.
- Use any shredded Borden® cheese variety you like– six cheese Italian, mozzarella, parmesan, provolone, cheddar or a mix.
- to a good quality marinara or spaghetti or vodka sauce, not plain tomato sauce to ensure flavor.
