It starts with a box cake mix
- For the Cake:
- 3 eggs
- 1 3/4 cups Devil’s Food Cake Mix (I used Betty Crocker SuperMoist)
- 1/3 cup water
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
- For the Caramel:
- 30 caramels, unwrapped
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- For the Frosting:
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon corn syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 to 1 1/2 cups chopped toasted pecans

- 2 eggs
- 1/2 C. butter, melted and cooled slightly
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- Coconut Cream Filling:
- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 C. butter, softened
- 1 1/2 tsp. coconut extract
- 3-4 C. powdered sugar
- Shredded coconut for decoration

- Filling:
- 1 (9 inch) pastry crust, recipe found here
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 C powdered sugar
- 1/2 C sour cream
- 1 t vanilla
- dash salt
- 3 C cool whip
- Topping:
- 1 T cornstarch
- 1/4 C sugar
- 1 (6 ounce) package frozen raspberries or 1 heaping cup fresh raspberries
- 1 1/2 t water
- 1 1/2 t lemon juice (bottled it fine)
- 1 T butter
- 1/2 t vanilla
- dash salt
