- 1 large orange bell pepper, cut into 1 1/2" chunks
- 1 cup Teriyaki sauce
- Salt, pepper and garlic salt, to taste

- BROWNIES:
- 2/3 cup salted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups granulated white sugar
- 1 1/3 cups Gold Medal® All-Purpose Flour
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup (6 ounces) semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup toffee bits
- FROSTING:
- 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons salted butter
- 1 1/4 cups powdered sugar- (measure, then sift)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
