- 1/3 cup water
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 2 tsp dried dill
- 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt, or more to taste (I like 1 1/4 tsp)

- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 c. milk
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin (like Jell-o or any other brand)
- 1 c. fresh strawberries, chopped
- 8 oz. (half of the 16 oz. carton) whipped topping, thawed
- 4-6 oz. of remaining whipped topping, thawed
- 1-1 1/2 c. sliced strawberries

- 1/3 C flour
- 1 (3.4 ounce) box instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 1/2 C water
- 1/3 C oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/3 C sour cream
- cupcake liners
- BUTTERCREAM FROSTING:
- 1/2 C butter, softened
- 1/2 C butter flavored shortening
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 4-5 C powdered sugar
- 2-3 T milk
- dash salt
- food coloring gel in yellow, orange and green
- zip loc bags (sandwich size)
- DECORATIONS:
- Sweetened coconut
