Now that school is back in session it is nice to have quick and easy dishes that can be whipped up in a flash
- 1 tablespoon Kosher salt
- 1 pound medium-size pasta shells
- 4 cups (16 ounces) grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 container (16 ounces) cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups (16 ounces) sour cream (light works fine)
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 cup Panko bread crumbs
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
