Nutella Cookies and Cream Pie

This creamy Nutella cheesecake pie topped with chocolate cookies is sure to have you smiling in no time at all
- 1 refrigerated pie crust (Pillsbury)
- 1 package cream cheese, softened (8 oz.)
- 3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup Nutella spread
- 2 1/2 cups Cool Whip, divided
- 12-15 chocolate cream filled cookies, chopped
Strawberries and Cream Danish

With a little help from some pre-made puff pastry, these danishes are super easy to make
- For the Strawberry Filling
- 2 C chopped strawberries
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- For the Cheesecake Filling
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 C sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- For the Danish
- 2 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp water
Easy Crockpot Meatball Soup

No prep involved! This soup is super easy and soooo yummy
- 22-oz. bag frozen meatballs
- 32-oz. container beef broth
- 2 cups water
- 15-oz. can pinto beans
- 14.5-oz. can diced tomatoes
- 10-oz. package frozen mixed vegetables
- 12-oz. box any kind of pasta, cooked to al dente
- Shredded cheddar cheese, for topping (if desired)
White Chocolate Popcorn

You don’t have to spend a lot of money on expensive gourmet popcorn – you can make your own at home
- 2 bags gourmet white microwave popcorn, approximately 7 cups
- 24 oz white candy melts (Wilton brand works great)
- Food coloring and/or flavoring, optional
- 8 oz colored candy melts, optional
Pumpkin Chiffon Cake

- TOPPING:
- 1 white cake mix
- 3/4 cup water
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 cup pumpkin
- 2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 pint whipping cream
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
Peach Crisp Pie

- 3 pounds fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons flour
- for the crisp topping:
- 3/4 cup flour
- 3/4 cup old fashioned oats
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup butter, cold and cut into small pieces

- MUFFIN INGREDIENTS
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoons pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 and 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 2 and 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 15 ounces pumpkin puree
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup water
- Powdered Sugar *optional
- CREAM CHEESE FILLING INGREDIENTS
- 1 - 8 ounce package cream cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoons sugar
Loaded Mashed Potato Casserole

- 8-10 medium-sized russet potatoes
- 1 pound bacon
- 1/2 C butter
- 4 ounces cream cheese (1/2 of an 8 ounce package)
- 1/4 C sour cream

- 1/2 C milk
- salt and pepper
