- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 Tbsp freshly squeezed orange juice
- 2 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice

- 2 lbs strawberries
- 2 (6oz) packs of blueberries
- 1 fresh pineapple (or two 20 oz cans pineapple chunks, drained)
- 4 kiwis
- 6 mandarin oranges (or one 15oz can, drained)

- 2 lbs raw chicken breasts, cubed into bite size pieces
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh basil
- 25 oz jar marinara sauce
- 3 cups shredded mozzarella, divided
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese, divided
- 5 oz bag garlic croutons roughly crushed (leaving some bigger pieces)

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 cup (~1/2 large) chopped yellow onion
- 2 cans (14.5 ounces each) diced tomatoes, I used roasted garlic flavored
- 1 can (15.5 ounces) Cannellini beans
- 1 can (6.5 ounces) medium black olives
- 1 box (5.8 ounces) Couscous Mix*
- 5 ounces (half of a 10-ounce bag) spinach
- Seasonings
- 1 tablespoon dried rosemary
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 2 teaspoons ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon ground oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- Optional: Feta cheese, fresh rosemary
