- 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder

- 3/4 cup light brown sugar
- 1 Large Egg
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 3/4 cup Chocolate Chips, divided
- 3/4 cup Kraft Mallow Bits, divided
- FROSTING
- 1/4 cup Butter, softened to room temperature
- 1/2 cup Marshmallow Crème
- 1 cup Powdered Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Milk
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
