- Blueberry Bread:
- 2 1/3 cups all purpose flour
- 1 Tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1 21 oz can Lucky Leaf® Blueberry Fruit Filling and Topping
- Streusel Topping:
- 1/4 cup cold butter, cubed
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- Lemon Glaze:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Heavy Cream
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
