Homemade Cake Batter Cheesecake: Creamy cake batter cheesecake nestled inside a sugar cookie crust
- For the Sugar Cookie Crust:
- 1/2 Cup Butter, Softened
- 1/2 Cup White Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1 Tsp Vanilla
- 1 Tsp Baking Soda
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 1/4 Cup Flour
- 1/4 Cup Rainbow Sprinkles
- For the Cheesecake
- Cheesecake Layer
- 4 (8 oz) Bricks Cream Cheese, Slightly Softened
- 3/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
- 3/4 Cup Yellow Cake Mix
- 2 Tsp Vanilla
- 4 Eggs

- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
